The Rock National Team enters the 2025–26 season with high expectations and a roster loaded with experience, leadership, and scoring firepower. Following a solid campaign last year, Head Coach Justin Harden and his group are once again poised to compete for the SIAA State Championship.
Leading the way are senior guards Joseph Hartman and Deandre Harvey, who have quickly established themselves as the team’s top two players and most consistent scoring threats. Both veterans are dynamic guards capable of scoring at all three levels and setting the tone on both ends of the floor.
Joining them in the starting lineup, senior forward Trace Westercamp brings versatility and outside shooting as a stretch-four, giving The Rock a valuable weapon in pick-and-pop situations. Senior guard Cordarius White provides instant energy off the bench with his downhill attacking style and creative finishing ability, while senior Jacob Pleyer anchors the perimeter defense and adds reliability as a shot-maker.
Veteran leadership continues with senior guard Isaac Jacobs, who returns for his third season in the program. His strength, shooting touch, and ability to defend multiple positions make him one of the team’s most dependable contributors. Fellow returner Isaac Layow adds depth and length at the guard spot, stretching defenses with his perimeter shooting.
The frontcourt remains solid with senior forward Hendrix Loughridge and junior forward Much Gatget, a duo that combines interior toughness with athleticism and rebounding. Their presence inside gives The Rock balance on both ends of the court.
The team also welcomes two talented freshmen — Zaire Cobert and Avery Jones — who are expected to make immediate impacts with their skill, competitiveness, and poise beyond their years.
Coach Harden expressed his enthusiasm for this year’s group, noting their blend of experience, chemistry, and drive:
“This team has a special mix of veterans and young talent,” Harden said. “Our seniors understand what it takes to win at a high level, and our freshmen are ready to compete. The leadership, toughness, and unity within this group give us a real chance to do something special.”
With a deep roster, balanced scoring, and championship experience, The Rock National Team looks ready to make another strong run toward the top of the SIAA and beyond.
