Competing in the SIAA conference’s Sunshine division, The Rock’s varsity boys team finished the season 17-8 under the guidance of head coach Brian Findley.
The team advanced to its second consecutive Final 4, finishing with a 17-8 record on the season — including a 12-1 conference record during the regular season.
To honor the team’s success, the conference named several Lions to its all-state teams for the SIAA Sunshine division.
Eighth-grade point guard Zaire Colbert was named 1st team SIAA Sunshine, while junior forward Hendrix Loughridge earned 2nd team honors.
Head coach Brian Findley was named SIAA Sunshine’s coach of the year.
Findley was named varsity head coach at The Rock in 2023 after 7 years with the program. In his two seasons as head coach, his teams have reached the state finals and state semi-finals with records of 23-8 and 17-8.
Congratulations to Colbert, Loughridge, Coach Findley and the entire varsity team for its success in the 2024-25 season.
